상담료
취소 정책
상담 예약을 변경하거나 취소해야 하는 경우 최소 24시간 전에 알려주시기 바랍니다. 예약 시간 24시간 이내에 취소하는 경우 취소 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

모든 상담은 철저히 비밀로 유지됩니다. 네덜란드 법률 및 네덜란드 변호사 협회 규정에 따른 전문직 비밀 유지 의무를 준수하므로 안심하고 법률 문제를 상담하실 수 있습니다.

상담 비용은 얼마인가요?
The introductory meeting is free of charge. A one-off advice meeting without further assistance costs 300 euros including VAT. If you then want us to assist you further, the hourly rate is 250 to 350 euros excluding VAT for a lawyer or 300 to 400 euros excluding VAT for a partner.
What is the difference between an introductory meeting and an advice meeting?
In the free introductory meeting we listen to your situation and discuss a possible approach and the costs. In an advice meeting, for 300 euros including VAT, you receive substantive advice on your matter, without any obligation to instruct us further afterwards.
Where and how does the consultation take place?
You choose: at our office at Marconilaan 13 in Eindhoven, by appointment at Pietersbergweg 291 in Amsterdam, by phone or by video call. Consultations can be scheduled Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Bring the documents relevant to your matter, such as a contract, correspondence, a dismissal letter, an IND decision or a summons. Note important dates, such as when you received a document. You can send documents to info@lawandmore.nl in advance, so we can prepare.
Can I get a consultation on legal aid?
그렇지 않습니다. Law & More does not work on legal aid (toevoeging) or on a no-cure-no-pay basis. If you qualify for legal aid, you can contact the Legal Counter (Juridisch Loket) or a lawyer who works through the Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand).
